Manual station setting
Note: not with DVB-T stations in UK (refer to note on “LCN” on page 13).
You can also search for and store stations manually. However, detailed
knowledge is necessary for manual programming.
Activate the appropriate menu – depending on whether you want to set
TV or radio stations – in the respective mode (TV or Radio) with the
MENU button.
Select “Setup – Channels” in the “TV menu” or “Radio menu”.
Select the entry “Manual tune” and confi rm with OK.
Now enter the necessary setting parameters for each menu item. Press
the INFO button, if you need explanations of the individual menu items.
Notes:
Several radio and TV stations can be broadcast on every channel.
Digital radio stations search
Your receiver can play radio stations via DVB in high quality.
Note: Digital radio stations are not broadcasted in the DVB-T standard in
all regions at present.
Radio stations are stored in a separate station table.
You can search for and store digital radio stations in the “Radio menu”.
Switch to radio mode with the RADIO button.

Use MENU to call up the “Radio menu” and select “Channels”.

Confi rm with OK.
With the “Search wizard” you can have the radio stations searched for
automatically or manually.
In the “Change search settings” menu you can select the signal source
and search for and store “all” digital radio stations or “new ones only”.
You can set the “Search method” to “Channel search” or “Frequency
search” in DVB-T.
In DVB-S you can decide whether you want “Use pre-programming”
and set the “Symbol rate” if necessary.
Finally enter from which station place the found stations are to be
stored.
Press the OK button.
