Phenomenon Solution
There are excessive foams.
Foam is left in gasket after
   a program is finished.
Spin time is extended/
Spin speed is low.
Button does not respond.
18:88 is indicated on
Display when the washing
machine isturned on.
• Hold PROGRAM and Power simultaneously for 3 seconds
when 18:88 is indicated on Display.
• Because there is Fuzzy control in your machine, it can
inspect the balance when spinning. In order to protect the
machine, when the clothes is unbalance, it will expend the
spinning time or reduce speed to keep the clothes balance,
or spin in a lower speed.
• When there are excessive foams, the time on the display
will cease for a spell, meanwhile the machine is eliminating
the foams rather than fault, and the machine will
automatically return to normal program if finished.
• Make sure you use the recommended types of detergent as
appropriate.
• Use“low foam” detergent to prevent oversudsing.
• Reduce the detergent amount for soft water, small loads, or
lightly soiled loads.
• Check if control panel is clean. Wipe off water or dirt with soft
cloth. Remove stickers or tapes.
• Touch the panel directly with finger. Operating with gloves,
bandages, nails, or other sharp objects does not respond.
• Press the center of the button.
• Do not take your finger off the button immediately.
• Check if multiple buttons are not pressed.
