● Turn off power and pull out power plug.After waiting for 1
minute，plug the power plug，turn the washing machine on.
If after trying solutions, and trouble is not solved, contact with the after-sales service department.
● Check whether the drain hose is clogged.
● Clean the filter cover of drainage pump.
● Check whether the drain hose is installed correctly.
● Check if the door is opened and make sure the door is closed
firmly.
● Check whether the water tap for water supply is opened.
● Clean the filter cover of water inlet valve.
● Check the water pressure.
● The clothes have too large eccentricity or get tangled; arrange
them in order and put them in the drum.
● Add more clothes for washing.
