  Your Sharp Washer might not start because it isn't plugged in, a fuse has blown, there's an electricity cut-off, the start/pause button hasn't been pressed, the program dial is in the 'stop' position, or the machine door isn't completely closed. To resolve this, plug it in, replace the fuses, check the mains power, press the start/pause button, switch the program button to the desired position, or close the machine door.

This system tries to spread your laundries homogeneously. The wringing operation will begin after your laundry is spread. Place the laundry in the machine in a balanced fashion the next time.
