warm in

cooker for
more than
12 hours ?
Was the
rice cooker
used to
warm
cold rice ?
Did you
unplug the
power cord
from the
wall outlet ?
During cooking
operation
Immediately
after cooking
When rice is kept warm
Rice is not cooked at programmed time.
Power interruption occurred.
Display shows “E”.
Did you push the “COOK” button after pressing the “PRESET” button ?
Rice may not be cooked properly.
Because power interruption make programmed time clear.
Press “WARM / CLEAR” button. If “E” does not disappear, call for service.
Abnormal sound is generated.

steam vent.
Rice is too hard and uncooked at
the core. Rice is too soft.

Repeated ticking sound ... Normal. This sound is generated when the microcomputer adjusts the heating capacity.
Fizzing noise (This cause remained water on the outside of the inner pot.) ... Wipe water from next time.
