Connect CP302.
Change SP301 and SP302.
Change TU5801.
Is there signal at pins 1
and 2 of IC6551?
Is there signal at pin
3 of IC6552, IC6553?
Check IC302 and peripheral
circuit.
Check Connection of CP4302.
