E6-11 trouble after replacing the DSPF
Control PWB or DSPF CCD Unit.
DSPF Shading Adjustment must be executed after
replacing the DSPF CCD Unit, DSPF Control PWB or
following U2 trouble.
Using the DSPF Shading Adjustment Sheet
[UKOG-0333FCZZ], execute SIM63-2.
F2-22/23/24/25 discharge lamp
trouble.
The discharge lamp trouble can be caused by mainly
three things, the discharge lamp PWB, or the
connection between the discharge lamp PWB and the
PCU PWB, or the PCU PWB.
It is recommended to check/confirm the following
connections before replacing any parts on the machine.
1. Connector and socket of CN11 on the PCU PWB.
Pin 1/3 for F2-22 (Black)
Pin 21/23 for F2-23 (Cyan)
Pin 2/4 for F2-24 (Magenta)
Pin 22/24 for F2-25 (Yellow)
2. Connector and socket on the Process Electrode &
Discharge Lamp Unit
Makes sure all wires are clipped in firmly in sockets and
no pin gets bent or damaged.
U2-00
The latest Running Change firmware now supports U2-
00 cancellation therefore:-
1. Upgrade the MFP Firmware to 02.00.R2 (or higher).
2. Clear U2-00 trouble by executing SIM16.

To support MX-4141/5141N series, the Finisher/Punch
firmware must be updated to the following versions (or
higher):
MX-FNX9 V01.05.01; MX-FN10 v01.12.02;
MX-FN11/18 v01.06.02; MX-FN18 (Saddle) v01.01.03;
MX-PNX6 v01.02.02

Finisher jams with F1-23 trouble
displayed.
Check/ensure the FSHC Shutter Clutch is not binding,
causing incorrect operation of the Finisher Shutter -
replace FSHC as required.
PG Section 5, Item 74 [Front Frame].
Fold alignment drifts after producing 3
or 4 booklets, only when using A3W
paper size.
Upgrade the MXFN18 Saddle Firmware to 01.02.03.a0
(or higher).
MX-FNX9
POD1_S jams, only when the MXFNX9
Inner Finisher is installed.
As the paper curl generated when using standard plain
paper tends to be greater due to the influence of the
additional Delivery Roller Sponges added to the
delivery roller, the paper may catch the entrance of the
Punch Unit or Dummy Punch Unit, resulting to a
POD1_S jam condition.
Remove the Delivery Roller Sponges and reduce the
paper curl by adjusting SIM43-1 and fix an additional
mylar [0CW1035P301//] to extend the punch entry
guide.
