Replace Cyan, Magenta & Yellow Drum Units (MX-51GUSA x 3) or
x OPC Drum (MX-51GRSA x 3)
x Main Charge Unit (MX-510MK x 3)
Replace C, M, Y Developer (MX-51GVSA).
Sim 24-04 Clear Drum CTRG C, M, Y (Colour) Counters.
Clear Main Charger C, M, Y (Colour) Counters.
Clear Drum Blade C, M, Y (Colour) Counters.
Clear Maintenance [Colour] Counter.
Sim 25-02 Toner Concentration Auto Adjustment - Select C, M, Y.
x If ALL developer is replaced at the same time, select CMYK.
x When Sim 25-02 is executed, the Developer Counter
(Sim 24-05) is also cleared automatically.
Caution:
Ensure ALL toner cartridges are removed, prior to executing Sim 25-02.
Sim 44-27 Clear Half Tone Process Correction.
Process Section -MONOCHROME:
(When the Total / K maintenance counter has reached the life specified).
Replace Black Developer (MX-51GVBA).
Replace Black Drum Unit (MX-51GUSA) or
x Main Charge Unit (MX-510MK).
Check/Replace Waste Toner Collector (MX-510HB).
Sim 24-05 Clear Developer K (Black) Counter.
Sim 24-04 Clear Drum CTRG K (Black) Counter.
Clear Main Charger K (Black) Counter.
Clear Drum Blade K (Black) Counter.
Clear Maintenance [ALL] Counter.
Sim 25-02 Toner Concentration Auto Adjustment - Select K.
x If ALL developer is replaced at the same time, select CMYK.
x When Sim 25-02 is executed, the Developer Counter
(Sim 24-05) is also cleared automatically.
