Process Section:
In addition to Total/Colour/Fuser/Transfer maintenance if indicated:-
Replace PTC unit (MX-510CU).
Sim 24-04 Clear PTC Counter.
Paper Feed & Transport:
Check/Clean Paper Dust Removal Unit.
Check/Clean all Paper Path Sensors (including Duplex unit).
Check/Clean/Replace PF Rollers (check tray counter using Sim 22-09).
Sim 24-04 Clear PS Paper Counter.
General:
Clean all optics, CCD, and white reference plate.
Clean all RSPF sensors.
Fuser Section:
Replace Fusing Belt Kit (MX-361FB )
or MX-510FB
x Fusing Belt
x Meandering Suppress Collar x 2
Replace Pressure Roller Kit (MX-510LH)
x Pressure Roller
x Fusing Roller
Replace Web Cleaning Kit (MX-510WB).
x Web Roller
x Web Guide Axis x2
x Web Pressure Roller
x Web Pressure Roller Bearing x2
Check & Clean Upper and Lower Thermistors.
Check & Clean Fuser Separator Pawls.
Sim 24-04 Clear Fusing Web Counter.
Clear Fusing Belt Counter.
Clear Fusing Roller Counter.
Clear Press Roller Counter.
Clear Fusing Load Counter.
Clear Fusing Web Counter.
Perform the following, only when replacing the following fuser parts
available via service parts:-
Replace Fusing Separation Pawl Lower [PTME-0313FCZZ x4]
Sim 24-04 Clear Separate Pawl Counter.
Replace Fuser Separation Plate Upper [CPLTM8010FC04]
Sim 24-04 Clear Separate Plate Counter.
