Collated printing does not work

a From the control panel, navigate to:
Settings >
> Print > > Layout > > Collate >
b Set Collate to On [1,2,1,2,1,2], and then press .
c Print the document.
Is the document collated correctly?

solved.

dialog, and then select Collate.
