The motor (deskew) speed did not ramp up to the
required level.
The motor (deskew) stalled.
The motor (deskew) ran too slow.
The motor (deskew) ran too fast.
The motor (deskew) did not run at the correct
timing.

Check the cable on the motor and on the JBOR1 connector on the
controller board for proper connection.
Is the cable properly connected at both ends?

Reconnect the cable.

Check the cable for damage, and replace if necessary.
