450 g Arbei
1 sdm Air perasan lemon
350 g Gula
[Cara]
1. Cuci arbei dan buang daunnya. Taruh arbei dan jus
lemon dalam mangkok ukuran 3 liter, lalu aduk rata.
2. Masak dengan mikrowave tingkat daya TINGGI
selama 4 sampai 5 menit, atau sampai buah menjadi
lembut. Tambahkan gula dan aduk rata.
3. Masak dengan mikrowave tingkat daya TINGGI
selama 12 sampai 14 menit, atau sampai jadi.
4. Dinginkan sebelum memasukkannya ke dalam botol,
lalu tutup. Untuk pembuatan sekitar 1/2 kg selai.
Selai Plum
[Bahan-bahan]
900 g Plum, kupas dan buang bijinya.
300 ml Air
1 sdm Air perasan lemon
900 g Gula halus
[Cara]
1. Taruh buah plum dan air dalam mangkok besar. Masak
dengan mikrowave tingkat daya TINGGI selama 9
sampai 10 menit atau sampai buah menjadi lembut.
2. Tambahkan jus lemon dan gula, lalu aduk sampai gula
larut. Didihkan dan masak dengan mikrowave tingkat
daya TINGGI selama 20 sampai 23 menit atau sampai
jadi.
3. Biarkan dingin sebelum memasukkannya ke dalam
botol, lalu tutup. Untuk pembuatan sekitar 1

Strawberry Jam
[Ingredients]
450 g Strawberries
1 tbsp Lemon juice
350 g Sugar
[Method]
1. Wash and hull strawberries. Put strawberries and
lemon juice into a 3 litre casserole, mix well.
2. Cook on microwave HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes, or until
fruit is soft. Add sugar and stir well.
3. Cook on microwave HIGH for 12 to 14 minutes, or
until setting point is reached.
4. Cool slightly before putting in preserving bottle and
cover. Makes approx. 1/2 kg of jam.
Plum Jam
[Ingredients]
900 g Plums, halved and unstoned
300 ml Water
1 tbsp Lemon juice
900 g Castor sugar
[Method]
1. Place plums and water in a large bowl. Cook on mi-
crowave HIGH for 9 to 10 minutes or until fruit is soft.
2. Add lemon juice and sugar, stir until sugar dissolved.
Bring to boil and cook on microwave HIGH for 20 to
23 minutes until setting point is reached.
3. Allow to cool slightly before putting in preserving
bottle, then cover. Makes approx. 1
