SURGE LIMITING RELAY TEST
Disconnect the wire leads from relay coil terminals (A) and (B). A continuity check of the surge limiting relay coil
should indicate approximately 3000 ohms.
Check if there is a continuity between the contacts (15) and (16) of relay with the relay plunger depressed.
If the relay is defective, check the surge limiting resistor at the same time.
