COMPONENT TEST
E) Set the timer to I minutes and 45 sec. start the oven at HIGH.
F) The time must be measured with stopwatch or wristwatch.
Gj After 1 minutes and 45 sec.. stop the oven by opening the door.
Hj Put the two (2) beakers out of the oven cavity and measure the temperature of the water by stirring
the water with thermometer and note them.

NOTE: The measured output power should be at least i 15 % of the rated output power.
CAUTION:
1 “C CORRESPONDS TO 80 WATTS.
REPEAT MEASUREMENT IF THE POWER IS INSUFFICIENT.

POWER TRANSFORMER TEST
~~~R~~~N~: High voltages and large currents are present at the secondary winding and fila- ’
ment winding of the power transformer. It is very dangerous to work near this
i
part when the oven is on. NEVER make any voltage measurements at the high- 1
voltage circuits. in&ding the magnetron filament.
