Reference voltage terminal
A reference voltage applied to A/D converter in the LSI. Connected to GND (OV).

Damper closed: “L”
level: signal (-5V:VC).
Input sianal which communicates the door oDen/close information to LSI.

Dcor closed: ‘I” level: slgnai j-5V:).
Temoerature measurement inout: OVEN THERMISTOR.
By Inputting DC voltage corresponding to the temperature detectec by the tnermistor. thus
input 1s converted into temperattire by the A,D converter buii: lntc the &.
AH sensor inout.

put is an analog input termkal from the 4H sensor gzircuit. arc connected :o the
A,C converter built into the LSi.
Used for initiai balancing of ?he bridge circuit (absolute humiditiy sensor;. This input is an
analog input terminal from the AH sensor circuit. and connec?ed to the AI’D converter buili
into the LSI.

To turn on and off the cook relay(RY2). In P-HI
operation, the signals holds “L” level durin mi-
crowave cooking and “H” level while not cook-
ing.
In other cooking modes (MED HIGH, MED,
MED LOW, LOW) the signal turns to “H” level
and “L” level in repetition according to the
power level.
