DISASSEMBLY
Caution
on
Disassembly
Follow
the
below-mentioned
notes
when
disassembling
the
unit
and
reassembling
it,
to
keep
its
safety
and
excellent
performance:
.
Take
cassette
tape
out
of
the
unit.
.
Be
sure
to
remove
the
power
supply
plug
from
the
wall
outlet
before
starting
to
disassemble
the
unit
and
remove
the
batteries
from
the
unit.
.
Take
off
nylon
bands
or
wire
holders
where
they
need
to
be
removed
when
disassembling
the
unit.
After
servicing
the
unit,
be
sure
to
rearrange
the
leads
where
they
were
before
disassembling.
.
Take
sufficient
care
on
static
electricity
of
integrated
circuits
and
other
circuits
when
servicing.

remove
it
in
the
numerical
order.

Cautions
on
reassembly
1.
For
reassembly
of
the
mechanism,
be
sure,
beforehand,
to
arrange
the
head’s
leads,
11-pin
connector’s
leads
and
2-pin
connector’s
leads
(from
the
power
PWB)
so
that
they
won’t
be
entangled
with
the
motor
belt
and
record
lever.
2.
When
attaching
the
front
cabinet,
keep
the
PLAY
@
button
depressed
to
avoid
entanglement
of
the
mechanism
leads
with
the
cabinet.
