e Whole file and single entry transfer can be performed for the
' MEMO, TEL and SCHEDULE modes.
¢ The maximum length of entry which can be edited after transfer is
512 characters for SCHEDULE and MEMO entries, and 514
characters for TEL entries.
Entries exceeding these limits but not exceeding 515 characters can
be displayed but not edited.
e The maximum length of an entry transferred individually is:
e 536 characters for MEMO mode.
e 529 characters for TEL mode.
e 515 characters for SCHEDULE mode.
Any entry exceeding these limits will not be accepted and /O
DEVICE ERROR will be displayed.
e The alarm times set in the SCHEDULE entries will become the
scheduled start times.

transferred

the
rest
of
the
file
but
free
field
names
are
not.
Transfer via a personal computer
e When transferring data to a persona! computer using the 1Q-791A/
IQ-792A software:
e Only the first 512 characters of any entry can be transferred. Any
data exceeding this limit will be ignored.
e The free field names and contents in the TEL mode cannot be
transferred.
e OUTLINE, BUSINESS CARD and TO DO entries cannot be
transferred.
e ANN 1 and ANN 2 anniversary data can be transferred as for the
7000 series, however PERIOD data cannot.
e Transfer of TO DO entries may not be possible with certain PC link
software.
Other points to note
e Entries cannot be exchanged between the ZQ-6100M/ZQ-6300M
TO DO mode and the IQ-701A/ZQ-5000 series DO LIST mode.
