3. Edit the personal details and any other data as necessary and press
[ENTER] .
e All department details will be erased if everyone is moved out.
Changing companies
If a person has changed companies, you can either move them to
another already registered company, or enter the details of a new
company.
Retrieve the entry of the person who has changed company, press
and at.the CHANGE COMPANY? Y/N prompt.
Enter the details of the new company and department as prompted,
then edit the personal details and any other data as necessary. Press
ENTER] to store the changes.
e If the person is moving to another company already registered in the
Organizer, enter the first letter of the company name at the
COMPANY? prompt, and press [ENTER].
Use and to find the company you want if it is not on the
screen and press the number beside its name.
Continue as described above in “Changing departments.”
e All company details will be erased if everyone is moved out.
Editing company/department details
Editing a company name or department details is done via the index.
Find the company and department to be edited in the company index
and move the pointer to beside it. Press .
e This cannot be performed when the batteries are weak.
