Function Description:
The LabV series operates as a flow measurement type intelligent peristaltic pump. Its core functions include:
- Flow Rate Control: Displays current flow rate or motor speed. Users can amend the flow rate or speed, though this is restricted when dispensing is active.
- Real-time Dynamic Display: Provides a dynamic visual representation of the pump's current running status and results.
- Real-time Parameter Display: Shows current running state and set parameters. When fixed volume measurement is on, it displays fixed volume parameters; when dispensing is on, it displays dispensing parameters. Otherwise, all parameters are zero.
- Setting Parameter Display: Shows fixed volume measurement and dispensing state information, including pump head model and tube size.
- Date and Time Display: Displays current date and time, which can be changed in system settings. An alarm clock icon indicates if the timer start and stop function is active.
- System Settings: Allows users to configure various parameters.
- Flow Calibration: Enables calibration of the flow rate for accuracy.
- Date & Time Setting: Allows setting the current date and time.
- Fixed Volume Measurement: Activates a mode where the pump automatically measures and transfers a set volume, stopping once the target volume is reached. The flow rate can be adjusted during this process.
- Dispensing: Allows the pump to transfer a fixed volume within a set time for a specified number of repeat times.
- Timer Start and Stop: Enables setting specific start and stop times for the pump to operate automatically. This function is unavailable when fixed volume measurement or fixed time and volume functions are active.
- Back Suction Angle: Prevents liquid from dropping when the motor stops, particularly useful for viscous liquids. The range is 0-360°.
- External Control: Supports external start/stop, CW/CCW direction control, and speed control via analog signals (0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA) or pulse mode. External control modes are independently set and activated.
- Communication: Supports Modbus-RTU mode via RS485 or RS232 interfaces, allowing communication with a master device. The pump only receives communication control when in the main interface.
