      If your Shindaiwa Trimmer doesn't run when turned on, it could be due to a discharged battery pack or an obstructed line head or unacceptable battery pack temperature. You should charge the battery pack, or turn off the unit and clean the cutting attachment, or remove the battery pack and allow it to cool.

      If the running time of your Shindaiwa Trimmer is too short, it could be due to several reasons. The battery pack might be outside the acceptable temperature range, the unit electronics might be too hot, or the battery pack might be discharged. To resolve this, remove the battery pack and allow it to cool, turn the unit off and allow it to cool, or charge the battery pack.

      If the line won't feed on your Shindaiwa Trimmer, it could be because there is not enough line on the spool or the line is tangled. Try rewinding with new line or unwinding and rewinding the existing line.
