Sort all hardware and other contents by size to identify fasteners for lift assembly.
Assemble four base pads by aligning channel clamps and securing with bolts and lock nuts.
Attach base pads to leg tubes using bolts and brass lock nuts with nylon inserts.
Lay legs down, attach sideframe tubes to corner blocks using short bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Slide crossmembers over corner blocks and secure with short bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Flip assembly upright and attach bottom corner cable brackets using long bolts and lock nuts.
Insert remaining legs into crossmembers, secure with short bolts, and tighten all hardware.
Lay V-shaped cradle tubes across the lower frame and secure with carriage bolts, washers, and lock nuts.
Attach galvanized cradle tubes to the lower frame using plastic corner guides and bolts.
Insert level cable into the sideframe hole and secure with a flat washer and brass hex nuts.
Mount the side spacer brace tube to the posts opposite the corner cable brackets.
Insert level cable ends through the spacer brace tube and secure with hardware from the chart.
Lift and position the hydraulic lift tube assembly onto the frame and secure with specified brackets and hardware.
Place battery in the pump box and attach cables to positive and negative posts.
Connect positive and negative cables from the battery bank to the pump motor.
Mount the dockside control box and cord unit to the post and connect to the pump.
Run lift tube cables down and attach to the lift platform cradle tubes using nuts and washers.
Attach the upper limit switch to the winch tube assembly and mount bump stop to the cable.
Mount the Battery Tender charger unit near the lift and connect its power cord and harness.
Install the ShoreStation boat lift solar charger for reliable battery charging and maintenance.
Mount braces to the hoists for 8000 lb lifts and larger using the provided hardware.
Assemble and attach the Step Kit to 4000# thru 6000# lifts with drop sides.
Insert black plastic caps into the top of the leg posts.
