Organize hardware by size and prepare for base pad assembly.
Connect base pads to leg assemblies using specified hardware.
Assemble the lower side frame by connecting sideframe tubes to corner blocks.
Secure crossmembers and corner cable brackets to the main frame.
Integrate remaining leg assemblies and secure the bottom frame structure.
Position cradle tubes and attach side rail brackets to the platform.
Attach level cables and install drop side or spacer brace tubes.
Install the lift tube and winch assemblies onto the frame posts.
Route and secure lift and level cables to the cradle tubes and brace tubes.
Mount manual/electric winches and attach wheel stops for manual lifts.
Connect the lift cable to the winch drum assembly.
Mount limit switch and motor stop for FlexPower models.
Install battery box, tender, bunks, pontoon kits, and log racks.
Insert caps, verify all connections, and ensure all hardware is tightened.
