Sort hardware components by size to identify fasteners for lift assembly.
Assemble four base pads by attaching channel clamps to base pads using bolts and lock nuts.
Attach leg lift rods to adjustable leg tubes via channel clamps using hair pin cotters.
Assemble lower side frames by connecting sideframe tubes to corner blocks using specified bolts and washers.
Attach crossmembers to corner blocks using short bolts, washers, and lock nuts, ensuring the unit is on its side.
Flip the assembly upright and attach bottom corner cable brackets to frame tubes with long bolts and lock nuts.
Insert remaining leg assemblies into crossmembers, secure with bolts, and square the frame before tightening.
Lay V-shaped cradle tubes on the lower frame, mount side rail brackets using carriage bolts and lock nuts.
Insert level cable into the sideframe hole and secure with washers and brass hex nuts.
Install drop side or spacer brace tube opposite the lift tube, securing brackets to the post with fasteners.
Mount the lift tube to the post using appropriate brackets, adjusting height and tightening fasteners.
Insert level cables through the drop side or brace tube and secure with hardware as per the chart.

Mount the upper limit switch to the winch tube assembly, allowing adjustment for cable travel.
Mount the battery box according to instructions provided with specific HA kits for different lift models.
Mount the battery tender according to instructions provided with the HA Kit.
Mount the support structure components, including bunks, pontoon kits, and log racks, using provided instructions.
Attach the optional motor stop kit for 2000# lift models as per instructions in the HA kit.
Insert black plastic caps into the top of the leg posts as a final step in the assembly process.
