      If one or more of your SHOWTEC Network Router fixtures aren't functioning, start by checking the power and signal: * **No power:** Ensure the AC power adapter is securely plugged into the power outlet and the DC input connector on the Net-2/5 Pocket. Also, verify the AC power output works and supplies the proper voltage. * **Inactive protocol:** Configure and activate Art-Net/sACN, because Art-Net or sACN protocol may not be active.

      If some of your fixtures are responding erratically or not at all after a reset, there could be several reasons: * **Poor data quality:** Check the data quality. If it's much lower than 100%, the problem may be a bad data link connection, poor quality or broken cables, a missing termination plug, or a defective fixture. * **Bad data link connection:** Inspect connections and cables.
