  If you are experiencing no sound or faint sound with your Shure Receiver, here are a few things you can try: * Perform transmitter setup. * Verify all sound system connections. * Adjust transmitter gain. * Ensure the AC adapter is securely plugged into both the electrical outlet and the POWER connector on the rear panel of the receiver. * Confirm the AC electrical outlet is working and supplying the proper voltage. * Replace the transmitter battery. * Turn the transmitter on and ensure the +/– indicators on the battery match the transmitter terminals. If needed, insert a fresh battery.
