What to do if there is no audio or faint audio from my Shure SCM820 Digital IntelliMix?

If you're experiencing no audio or faint audio from your Shure Mixer, here are a few things to check: * Make sure all cables are properly connected. * If using condenser microphones, enable Phantom power. * Verify the Input Gain Level. * Ensure the mix is unmuted. * Turn up the Master volume knob. * Check the channel routing from the IntelliMix tab in the GUI. * Examine the Link Group and Network LEDs.
