Systemanforderungen
• Windows: Windows XP (32 und 64 Bit), Windows Vista und Windows 7
• Apple: Mac OSX 10.6.0 und höher
• Neueste Version von Adobe Flash Player
• Bonjour Software (gebündelt mit der Anwendung Shure Discovery)
• Die GUI wird von folgenden Webbrowsern unterstützt: Internet Explorer,
Firefox, Safari und Chrome.
Grafische Benutzeroberfläche (GUI)
Die grafische Benutzeroberfläche (GUI) des SCM820 gestattet die
umfassende Steuerung des Mischers über einen Webbrowser. Die GUI
wird von einem Webserver gehostet, der in den SCM820 integriert ist, und
sie kann von einem beliebigen Computer im Netzwerk aufgerufen werden.
Die GUI kann für folgende Funktionen verwendet werden:
• Steuerung von Mischern aus der Entfernung.
• Benutzerspezifische Einstellung der IntelliMix-Parameter.
• Bildung großer Auto-Mixe mit benutzerspezifischen
Zusammenschaltungsgruppen.
• Zuweisung der Direktausgänge im Signalweg.
• Konfiguration redundanter oder geteilter Netzwerke.
Aufrufen der GUI
Die Anwendung Shure Web Server Discovery findet alle Shure-Geräte
im Netzwerk, die über eine webbasierte GUI verfügen. Zum Installieren
der Software und Aufrufen der GUI des SCM820 die folgenden Schritte
befolgen:
① Die Anwendung Shure Discovery installieren.
Das Shure USB-Laufwerk laden und die Anwendung installieren.
Dabei wird automatisch das erforderliche Device Discovery-
Programm Bonjour im Computer installiert. Diese Anwendung kann
auch aus dem Internet unter www.shure.com heruntergeladen
werden.
② Die Verbindung mit dem Netzwerk herstellen.
Sicherstellen, dass Computer und Mischer sich im selben Netzwerk
befinden.
③ Die Anwendung Discovery starten.
Die Anwendung zeigt alle Shure-Geräte mit einer GUI an.
④ Die GUI des SCM820 öffnen.
Auf ein Gerät doppelklicken, um dessen GUI in einem Webbrowser
zu öffnen.
⑤ Die GUI als Lesezeichen speichern (empfohlen).
Den DNS-Namen des Geräts als Lesezeichen speichern, damit die
GUI ohne die Anwendung Shure Discovery aufgerufen werden kann.

Accessing the GUI without the Discovery App
If the Discovery application is not installed, the SCM820 GUI can be
accessed by typing the DNS name into an internet browser. The DNS
name is derived from model of the unit (SCM820 or SCM820-DAN), in
combination with the last three bytes (six digits) of the MAC address,
and ending in .local.
Format Example: If the MAC address of a unit is 00:0E:DD:AA:BB:CC,
then the link is written as follows:
• SCM820-DAN: http://SCM820-DAN-aabbcc.local
• SCM820: http://SCM820-aabbcc.local
