RO Diagnosis message buffer.
Depending on SI1 the EtherCAT slave can
store up to 64 messages;
the first message is stored in subindex 6,
the second in subindex 7 and so on.
When the queue is full, the EtherCAT slave
shall overwrite subindex 6 and so on, so
the latest maximum messages (SI1) shall
always
be accessible by the EtherCAT master.
