1.3. Warranty
With reference to what detailed in this manual, SIDEROS ENGINEERING Company cannot be held
responsible in the event of:
▪ use of the machine in violation of national safety and accident prevention rules
▪ wrong arrangement of the site and structures on which the machine will operate
▪ faults of voltage, power supply and/or other energy sources
▪ non- or wrong compliance of the instructions given in this manual
▪ unauthorised alterations to the machine
▪ use by untrained or unskilled personnel
In order to take advantage of the warranty, in the period and modality described in the sale contract, the
purchaser must strictly observe the prescriptions contained in the manual and, especially, he must:
▪ always operate within the machine’s operating limits
▪ always perform a constant, accurate maintenance
▪ employ adequately trained personnel with proven skills for the machine operation
▪ only use original spare parts suggested by the manufacturer
