2. Manual
This manual is an integral part of the machine and contains all necessary information for its best operation. A
careful reading of its contents has the following functions:
▪ To draw the operators’ attention on safety issues
▪ To instruct them on how to handle the machine safely during unloading and unpacking
▪ To allow for a correct installation
▪ To inform the operators on the machine operation and application limits
▪ To explain its correct use under safety conditions
▪ To instruct on the performance of correct and safe maintenance interventions
▪ To explain how to dismantle the machine safely and according to applicable rules on workers’ safety
and environment protection
In the light of these purposes, the manual is particularly addressed to:
▪ The factory/workshop/construction site director
▪ The transport, handling and installation personnel
▪ The personnel charged with the machine operation
▪ The maintenance personnel
We therefore recommend you to carefully read this instruction manual; it is the purchaser’s responsibility to
make it available to all personnel who will operate the machine. According to applicable rules, the directors
of the company divisions where the system is to be installed must thoroughly examine the manual contents.
These directions are essential so that the system can be always run by responsible persons ensuring its
correct operation, maintenance and repair. Should any technical problems arise, please contact Sideros
Engineering at any moment.
The relevant documents must be kept by a responsible person in a suitable place, so as to be always available
for reference and in the best condition. Should the instruction manual be mislaid or damaged, please contact
the manufacturer. Should the machine be sold, please hand over this instruction manual to the future owner
or provide him with the manufacturer’s details.
