Troubleshooting tips
Your CIELO 2 Active hearing instrument is an extremely
reliable device. Should a problem occur, it can usually
be corrected quickly. Use these troubleshooting tips
to resolve simple issues.
Problem Cause
Sound is weak Weak or dead battery
Instrument clogged
Volume too low
Dome clogged with wax or debris
Microphone cover clogged
Instrument emits
