Calendar
You can enter new appointments in
the calendar. The time and date
must be set correctly.
The calendar offers you two views:
monthly view and weekly view.
The various entries are colour-cod-
ed. Appointments are shown as a
coloured bar on the hour division.

Appointments are displayed in
chronological order in a list.
Entering a new appointment

Holiday: enter start and

Different input/selection fields are
displayed depending on the type.
The number of fields can be
restricted.

Tasks
A task is displayed like an appoint-
ment in the agenda of the selected
day. However, unlike an appoint-
ment it does not require a time.
When no time is entered the task ap-
pears at the top of the list every day
until it is marked as completed. The
entries are made in the same way as
Appointment (see "Appointments").

An alarm sounds even when the phone is
switched off (except in Aircraft mode).
The phone does not go to standby mode.
