The local connection is a peer-to-peer connection between one HMI-TM and one
Climatix controller.
The maximum distance between HMI-TM and controller is 50 m via shielded
standard 8-wire twisted net cable.

In case the Climatix controller is connecting to an HMI-TM (POL871) and
downloading the HMI.BIN file, the connection will not start until the downloading
process completes.
