Registering Gigaset 2000/3000 handsets
and non-Siemens handsets at the
Gigaset 4010/4015 base station
Prerequisite:
The non-Siemens handsets must also comply with the
GAP standard
!
However, it is possible that not all functions will be
available on your handset!
Step 1:
Register your handset according to the operating
instructions of the relevant handset.
After registration, your Siemens base station assigns
the
first unassigned
internal number to the handset.
Step 2:
Press the key on the underside of the base station
briefly
A signal tone is generated at the base station.
De-registering handsets
Prerequisite:
You can only de-register handsets with a Gigaset 4000.

Select the handset to be de-registered.

Open the menu.

Select the menu item and confirm is
displayed.

Enter the 4-digit system PIN (factory setting: 0000) and
confirm.

Confirm the prompt.
