Making calls

Viewing and deleting missed appointments, anniversaries etc.
v; s ç ; s Missed Dates ; s select appointment/anniversary).
A missed appointment is indicated by ¼, a missed anniversary by ‚.
Making calls
Making external calls and ending a call
~ (enter the number) and press c (the 'talk' key) - the sequence does not matter.
To end a call/cancel dialling: press
a ('end call' key).
Dialling pause
You can insert a dialling pause between the prefix and the actual telephone number.
To do this, press S for around 2 seconds. Now enter the telephone number.
Internal calls, ending a call
Calls to other handsets that are registered to the same base are free of charge.
Calling a specific handset
u; s (select handset); press c. Or: Press u2 (example).
To end the call: press
a ('end call' key).
Calling all handsets ('group call')
u; press P (star key).
To end the call: press
a ('end call' key).
Answering a call
Your handset rings, the call is displayed and the handsfree key d flashes. Press
c
(Talk key) (or display key
Accept or handsfree key d).
If the Auto Answer function is activated (page 18) you just need to lift the handset out
of the charger to take the call.
If the ringer is intrusive, press the display key
Silence. You can take the call so long as it
is displayed on the screen.

Delete
Press the display key.

Long press (back to idle status).
