Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The ice and water dis-
penser is not function-
ing.
Ice cubes are frozen together in the ice chute.
▶ Remove the ice cubes from the ice chute, for ex-
ample using a wooden spoon.
Low water pressure.
▶ Check the water pressure of the water supply sys-
tem or the external water filter system, e.g. reverse
osmosis system.
Connect the appliance only to a water connection
with sufficient water pressure. →Page9
The water filter is blocked.

Change the water filter. →Page27
There is no water supply.
▶ Ensure that there is a water supply and that the
corner valve on the water connection is open.
Contact an installer if necessary.
Kink in the water hose.
▶ Turn off the water supply and straighten the kink in
water hose.
If necessary, replace the water hose.
Fault in the ice and water dispenser.

2. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.
Unplug the appliance from the mains or switch off
the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
3. Reconnect the appliance after five minutes.
4. If the fault persists, call customer service.
