Installation in subsystem housing without DIN-rail
NK823x can be installed without the plastic box using the specific mounting kits
available for CS11/CS440 and SI410. Note that the NKA8011-A1 mounting plate is
also needed together with the specific mounting kits.

6.2 Installation of NE8000 cabinets
6.2.1 NE8000 hardware requirements
Environmental requirements
The cabinets for NK82xx should always be installed in a clean and safe environ-
ment, away from dust, high temperature and humidity, vibrations and impacts.
Conditions should match the specific requirements given in the Technical data sec-
tion of the specific NK8000 datasheet.
NK8000 power requirements

A switch-box including a bipolar cut-out (phase + neutral) is required in the elec-
trical installation.
6.2.2 NE8000 hardware installation
Cabinet installation
The cabinet is typically wall-mounted. A proper support must be provided for the
maximum weight (see Technical data on the specific NK8000 datasheet). Four
supporting screws or hooks (min.10 mm) are required as shown in Fig. 24.
Supporting wall must not be composed of inflammable material.
