5.10.2.1 remote capture
Description
With this command, you change to the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode.
Requirement
You are in the Global configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(config)#
Syntax
Call the command without parameters:
remote capture
Result
You are now in the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode.
The command prompt is as follows:
cli(remote-capture)#
Further notes
You exit the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode with the end or exit command.
5.10.3 Commands in the remote capture configuration mode
This section describes commands that you can call up in the REMOTE CAPTURE
configuration mode.
In the global configuration mode, enter the remote capture command to change to this mode.
● If you exit the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode with the exit command, you return
to the global configuration mode.
● If you exit the REMOTE CAPTURE configuration mode with the end command, you return
to the Privileged EXEC mode.
5.10.3.1 activate-after-restart
Description
With this command the configuration of "remote capture" is saved and retained after a restart.
