The device can be installed on a 35 mm standard DIN rail (acc.
to DIN EN 50022). Proceed as follows for the installation:
• Remove the four M2 screws in the corners of the rear plate.
• Assemble the DIN rail adapter according to the enclosed
assembly instructions.
• Place the DIN rail adapter and fasten it with screws M2×12
(coming with the device) integrating the washers.
• Snap the device with the DIN rail adapter fitted onto the DIN
rail and fasten it with screws.
WARNING!
All electrical connections must be made before installing the
protection device on the DIN rail. The screw terminal blocks are no
longer accessible after installation on the DIN rail.
WARNING!
The DIN rail adapter is recommended for local mounting only.
Note!
We recommend to secure the device after installation on both sides
by end brackets or clips against slipping from the DIN rail.
Please note that end clips or brackets are not included in the delivery!
