Für drahtgebundene serielle Schnittstellen dienen 9-polige DSUB-
Buchsen als Anschlüsse. Als Anschlussstecker können alle handels-
üblichen 9-poligen DSUB-Stecker nach MIL–C–24308 und DIN 41652
verwendet werden.
Die Anschlussleitungen sind abhängig von der Schnittstelle:
 RS232: 3- oder 5-adrig, geschirmt, z.B. Schnittstellenleitung
7XV5100–4.
 RS485: 3-adrige Datenleitung, verdrillt und geschirmt.
 Profibus: 2-adrig oder 4-adrig, verdrillt und geschirmt.
Leitung Typ A nach DIN 19245 Teil 2 und EN 50170 vol. 2, verdrillt
und geschirmt,
Wellenwiderstand: 135 Ω bis 165 Ω (f > 100 kHz),
Kapazitätsbelag: < 30 nF/km,
Schleifenwiderstand: < 110 Ω/km,
Aderndurchmesser: > 0,64 mm,
Adernquerschnitt: > 0,34 mm
