Sequence parameters
The zero gas purge time is twice the AUTOCAL purge time. The pre-purging phase is equal to the AUTOCAL purge time.
The AUTOCAL purge time is an adjustable parameter; its setting is described in the operating instructions, C79000-G52xx-
C216, section 5.8.4.
