If the on-site guarantee is not possible, you will be provided with the necessary information for this service.
The manufacturer awards no guarantee in the following cases:
• The consumer has not submitted the complete device as described in the operating instructions or another document,
including the constituent parts dismantled by the consumer.
• If the model, or the marking on the device, do not match with the information on the packaging and in the operating
instructions or another document that replaces the operating instructions.
• In the case of a failure to carry out timely maintenance on the device (dust, condensed oil, particle contamination).
• External damage that has been inflicted by the consumer (external changes to the device necessary for mounting
are not considered damage).
• Changes to the construction of the device or reworking of the device.
• Replacement and application of construction units, spare parts and accessory parts (constituent parts) of the device
that were not intended by the manufacturer.
• Improper use.
• Failure of the consumer to comply with the operating instructions.
• Connection to a power supply with a higher voltage than that cited in the operating instructions.
• Voltage jumps that shut down the device operation.
• If the consumer has carried out unauthorised repairs on the device.
• In the event of repairs carried out by third parties and not commissioned by the manufacturer.
• After the period of the warranty has passed.
• In the event of a failure to comply with the stipulated conditions of carriage resulting in damage to and/or destruction
of the device.
• Failure of the consumer to comply with the storage conditions.
• Illegal activities by third parties in relation to the device.
• In the event of force majeure (fire, flooding, earthquakes, war, fighting, blockades).
• If lead seals are missing, if these are stipulated in the operating instructions or in another document that replaces
the operating instructions.
• If the warranty certificate is missing.
• If the invoice slip that confirms the purchase and provides the date of the sale is missing.
