Please contact the company where you bought the device in order to take advantage of the warranty service.
If the on-site guarantee is not possible, you will be provided with the necessary information for this service.
The manufacturer awards no guarantee in the following cases:
The consumer has not submitted the complete device as described in the operating instructions or another document,
including the constituent parts dismantled by the consumer.
If the model, or the marking on the device, do not match with the information on the packaging and in the operating
instructions or another document that replaces the operating instructions.
In the case of a failure to carry out timely maintenance on the device (dust, condensed oil, particle contamination).
External damage that has been inflicted by the consumer (external changes to the device necessary for mounting
are not considered damage).
Changes to the construction of the device or reworking of the device.
Replacement and application of construction units, spare parts and accessory parts (constituent parts) of the device
that were not intended by the manufacturer.
Improper use.
Failure of the consumer to comply with the operating instructions.
Connection to a power supply with a higher voltage than that cited in the operating instructions.
Voltage jumps that shut down the device operation.
If the consumer has carried out unauthorised repairs on the device.
In the event of repairs carried out by third parties and not commissioned by the manufacturer.
After the period of the warranty has passed.
In the event of a failure to comply with the stipulated conditions of carriage resulting in damage to and/or destruction
of the device.
Failure of the consumer to comply with the storage conditions.
Illegal activities by third parties in relation to the device.
In the event of force majeure (fire, flooding, earthquakes, war, fighting, blockades).
If lead seals are missing, if these are stipulated in the operating instructions or in another document that replaces
the operating instructions.
If the warranty certificate is missing.
If the invoice slip that confirms the purchase and provides the date of the sale is missing.
