The manufacturer shall accept no liability for defects that arise before the handover of the device to the consumer.
The manufacturer shall accept no liability for defects that arise after the handover of the device to the consumer as a result
of a failure to comply with the transport, storage, installation or operating regulations, handling by third parties or force
majeure.
The manufacturer shall accept no liability for damage to the health and assets of the consumer as a result of a failure
to comply with the operating instructions or other document that replaces the operating instructions. Likewise, the liability
of the manufacturer is voided as a result of improper use of the device, as a result of a failure to comply with the operating
instructions or other document that replaces these, warnings or other information about the device, as a result of a failure
to comply with the transport, storage, installation, maintenance or operating regulations on the part of the consumer.
