Disconnect the fan from the mains before all connection, adjusting, servicing and repair tasks.
Service and maintenance tasks shall be carried out only by specialist personnel who have a valid permit for electrical work
on electrical systems up to 1000 V. Read the operating instructions before all installation work.
The single-phase electrical network to which the device will be connected must comply with the applicable electrical standards.
The wiring system must have a safety mains switch. Electrical connection implemented through a mains circuit breaker QF, to be
integrated into the stationary wiring. The contact spacing must be at least 3 mm on all poles.
Before fitting the fan, check that there are no visible defects on the impeller, the housing or the grill as well as no foreign objects
that could damage the impeller blades in the flow section of the housing.
Improper use, unauthorised alterations, modifications and reworking of the fan are not permitted.
The device shall not be operated by children or persons with limited metal, sensory or physical capabilities. The device shall
not be operated by persons with inadequate experience or technical knowledge unless they are being trained by a person who
is responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised and shall not play with the device.
Implement measures to ensure that smoke, carbon monoxide gases and other combustible substances cannot enter the area
though open smoke outlets or other fire protection devices. Ensure adequate air supply in order to avoid a backlog and in order
to ensure correct combustion of exhaust gases and gases through the chimney.
The conveyed medium shall contain no dust, as well as no explosive or combustible substances, vapours and other foreign
objects, adhesive substances, fibrous substances or other hazardous substances. The fan is not designed for use in flammable
areas or areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
Do not close or cover the suction opening or the outlet opening of the fan in order to ensure optimum air throughput. Please
do not sit on the fan and do not allow any objects to be placed on the fan.
Comply with the following requirements in order to assure a long service life for the device.
When the device reaches the end of its service life it should be sorted for disposal.
Do not dispose of the device together with unsorted urban wa󰀬e.
