CUTTING BULLET WARDS
- Open levers (U) and position the clamp carriage by
aligning reference (Y) with the third notch on the
carriage (see arrow in Fig.9). Close the levers (U).
- The key should be positioned with the bit on the right
o
r left- hand side so that the groove is upperside to
the cutting operations.
- Place the original key into the fixed clamp (N),
m
aking sure it is all the way in the jaw, and secure
with knob (Q).
- Position the key with the head upwards (see Fig.9a).
- Release the mobile clamp (N1) by pulling the knob
(T) towards the trace
r point, raise the clamp with
lever (R1) and secure by pushing the knob (T)
towards the clamp.
- This facilitates the positioning of the key blank.
- Push the knob (Q1) forwards and unscrew as much
a
s necessary in order to place the key blank into the
clamp (N1) so that it rests against it.
- Secure by tightening the knob (Q1).
- Release the clamp (N1) by pulling knob (T) and start
the
motor.
- Cut the key working upwards from bottom to top and
following the profile of the original key with the tracer
point.
ESECUZIONE SCANALATURE VERTICALI
- Sbloccare le levette (U) e posizionare il carrello porta
morsetti allineando il riferimento (Y) con il 3°
riferimento del carrello (vedi freccia Fig.9).
Ribloccare poi le levette (U).
- Le chiavi possono essere posizionate con la mappa
a
destra oppure a sinistra, per presentare la
scanalatura alle operazioni di intaglio.
- Introdurre la chiave originale nella sede del morsetto
fi
sso (N), mandandola in appoggio sul morsetto e
bloccarla con la manopola (Q). Le chiavi vanno
posizionate con la testa in alto (vedi Fig.9a).
- Sbloccare il morsetto mobile (N1) tirando il pomello
(T) verso il tastatore, sollevare il morsetto con la leva
(R1) e ribloccarlo spingendo nuovamente il pomello
(T) verso il morsetto.
- Questo facilita il posizionamento della chiave da
dup
licare.
- Spingere in avanti la manopola (Q1) e svitarla
qua
nto necessario per inserire nella sede del
morsetto (N1) la chiave da duplicare, mandandola in
appoggio sul morsetto; bloccarla avvitando la
manopola (Q1).
- Sbloccare il morsetto (N1)tirando il pomello (T) e
avviare il motore.
- Cifrare la chiave procedendo sempre dal basso
ve
rso l’alto, seguendo con il tastatore il profilo della
chiave originale.
