    What to do if the cutter motor is not working on my Silca Unocode 299 Cutter?

      If the cutter motor isn't working, first, verify that the closed protective shield is making proper contact with the safety microswitch. Also, check fuse F1 on the electronic control board. Ensure the motor wire is correctly attached to the connector. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the electronic control board may be defective and require replacement. If the motor cut-off warning appears, this could be due to heavy use or a motor fault; in this case, contact the Technical Silca Department.
