12. Important
1. The Evolution 5HD unit must be plugged into a grounded electrical source.
2. If you have any questions regarding the operation of this unit, contact Silhouet-Tone or your
local distributor.
3. The Evolution 5HD unit is used to perform permanent hair removal. This unit should only be
used by licensed professionals who have received Electrolysis certification.
SILHOUET-TONE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS DUE TO THE
INCORRECT USE OF THE UNIT.
13. Warranty
The Evolution 5HD unit is warranted to be free from any manufacturing or assembly defects for
two (2) years from the date of purchase, for parts and labor only.
! Freight charges for warranty servicing are not subject to the terms of this warranty and
are at the customer's expense.
! Accessories such as the probe holder, cables and contact electrode are not covered by
this warranty.
! This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, or incorrect use, or a party
other than SILHOUET-TONE attempting to repair this unit.
