If there's no light pulse when you press the pulse button on your Silk'n Hair Removal System, ensure the green ready/skin tone warning light is blinking slowly, indicating good skin contact. Also, confirm the treatment surface is evenly and firmly pressed against your skin. If the ready/skin tone warning light blinks rapidly, your skin tone may be too dark, or the skin color sensor wasn't properly covered.
