Start/Stop
To Start/Stop the appliance or to delete a Timer function, press the Start/Stop button until a long
signal tone is heard.
Level of browning (or Rapid modus)
Select the desired level of browning (light/medium/dark) or change into the Rapid modus (Rapid).
Press the button repeatedly until the arrow appears over the desired level of browning (or "Rapid").
The baking time alters itself dependant on the selected level of browning.
Timer

Time-delayed baking.
Operation indicator lamp
The operation indicator lamp indicates with its glowing that a programme is currently running.
Bread weight
Select the bread weight ( 750 g / 1000 g / 1250 g).
Press the button repeatedly until the arrow appears under the desired weight.
Programme selection (Menu)
Calling up the desired baking programme. In the display appears the Programmme Number and
the relevant baking time.
