Troubleshooting
Error causes and solutions
If you cannot connect the headphones to a Bluetooth
®
-
compatible playback device, proceed as follows:
♦ Make sure that the Bluetooth
®
function is activated on
the playback device.
♦ Make sure that the audio cable w is connected to the
AUX IN socket 0 of the headphones. When an audio
cable w is connected, the Bluetooth
®
function of the
headphones is deactivated.
♦ Check that the headphones are turned on.
♦ If you use several Bluetooth
®
playback devices,
ensure that any previous connection is disconnected. A
previously paired playback device may still be within
range.
♦ Make sure that the headphones are no more than 10
meters (10.9yards) from the playback device and that
no obstacles or electronic devices are placed between
them.
